Cognitive Health, Movement & Recovery
Purposeful Table Tennis experiences to practice movement, engage the mind and build confidence.
We use adapted Table Tennis to bring thinking and movement into the same activity. Following the ball, preparing a return, remembering a pattern or choosing a target gives each action a clear purpose.
We adjust the pace, instructions and movement demands to each participant, creating opportunities to practise skills that matter to their individual goals.
This approach may suit:
-
People living with Parkinson’s or rebuilding skills after a stroke.
-
People experiencing cognitive changes, including mild cognitive impairment, dementia or Alzheimer’s.
-
People returning to movement after injury or experiencing lasting effects of concussion.
-
Individuals working on movement and cognitive goals alongside physiotherapy, occupational therapy or other rehabilitation support.
Sports Performance & Cross-Training
A different sporting challenge for the way you see, think and move.
Table Tennis asks athletes to read an opponent, anticipate a changing ball, choose a response and coordinate precise movement under time pressure. Our coaching connects these demands through focused drills, varied rallies and competitive play.
We tailor the experience to the athlete’s goals and explore how useful strategies can be applied through practice in their own sport.
This includes:
-
Table Tennis players developing technique, tactics and competitive performance.
-
Table Tennis athletes and athletes from tennis, baseball, rugby, soccer, football, hockey, combat sports and other disciplines.
-
Motorsport athletes and competitive gamers seeking an active coordination and attention challenge.
-
People in demanding roles, including military and law enforcement, interested in purposeful cross-training.
Learning, Wellness & Everyday Life
An engaging experience that makes room for different ways of learning.
We combine clear demonstrations, achievable challenges and time to practice. Activities can involve remembering sequences, recognizing colors, changing rules, taking turns and bringing attention back to the next ball.
The experience can be shaped for:
-
Children and young people learning the sport and developing confidence.
-
Neurodivergent participants, including people with ADHD, autism or different learning needs.
-
Youth and adults with Down syndrome.
-
Adults and seniors interested in active aging, memory, coordination and social connection.
-
People seeking enjoyable movement while managing stress, anxiety or low mood.
-
Adults interested in practising visual attention and response choices relevant to everyday activities, including driving.
-
Schools, workplaces and community groups seeking shared learning and active connection.
