Rally Together Program offers people with Down syndrome an enjoyable table tennis experience built around their strengths, interests, and goals. Through guided rallies and purposeful repetition, participants practise hand–eye coordination, movement control, attention, memory, and decision-making while learning the sport.
Each activity creates an opportunity to experience success: following the ball, remembering a pattern, choosing a target, or building a rally with a partner. We use clear demonstrations, visual cues, and time to respond, adapting our coaching to each person’s preferred way of learning and communicating.
Participants help choose their activities and next challenges. Whether the goal is learning new skills, enjoying social play, or exploring friendly matches, we create opportunities to build confidence, express choices, and connect through table tennis.
